Homemade Flamin’ Hot mac'n' cheese using 7 different hot sauces.

Check it it my buddy, and I do this by hand, and from memory, so portions might not simmer proportionately.

2 pads of butter (if you buy the little sticks of butter like most people and I, add 4 quarter-inch slices) in a pan on medium boil.

While that gets up to temp, you're gonna your (Franks) hot sauce, and maybe one or two other components (Frank's + Sriracha...something like that)

Pour about 1/3 of the bottle (if you chose Tabasco, I'm sorry. Stand there for 15 minutes shaking the bottle) of your preferred hot sauce, and about 1/4 bottle of your secondary. Add your spices. (This is where it gets fun. Togarashi pepper, cumin, cinnamon, curry, lime juice worcestershire, garlic, it's up to you)

Stir until its nearly boiling or you can't see any butter anymore (homogenous mixture)

Then reduce the heat to low (if it's a dial stove like mine...low heat is like 3) stir occasionally until thick.

Take it off the stove, pour it into your desired container and you're good to go. No need to dash 7 hot sauces (although with this method you could, just skip the spicing step) in your Mac n cheese, and you'll have leftovers and your very own hot sauce.
