People on here talking real bad and missing the the problem. The problem is misinformation, the amount and how we get it. If you think that you haven’t or wont be manipulated by misinformation. You are just to blame as “the idiots”. We help propagandist and fear mongers by separating people. They get days, months, years to make whoever’s listening believe the lies. We complain because of the random conversations that don’t work and the sense that one convo should erase the years of lies.
It sucks. lots of people will continue to die from covid because they refuse to get vaccinated or to take the proper precautions.
But that doesn’t mean we give up. That means we continue the path we’re on trying to educate people and work on new strategies to combat misinformation.
If we stop now the Jim Jordan’s and Rand Paul’s continue on pushing and normalizing conspiracy theories into new more susceptible people.
