Yes - in the XXX,850 to the GET the above treatment is the rule not the exeption for anyone but fastest counters of all time here - ie no chance for anyone else to every try for the ks...
but this happens at at all levels - just to show you here's an example of the XXX,400's.
(I did not post explicit details like the above one - because if the above one doesn't prove why the 80% here are not getting any k's - it's NOT because they wouldn't like to have the same thrill and recognition and be able to proudly display their k count on their flair like over half of the long time mods - and many of the TOP 20... that's now only possible for the elite few.

These happen more times then any of you can possibly imagine - so here's an example of how he was treated in the XXX,400's
(same exact thing happened to me the last two times I successfully started counting - except they started the run - and I was stopped dead in my tracks)

(I've seen rs trying to help newer counters join in 3 times since my posts in the FTF thread - who knows how many times he's done that when I wasn't here) so perhaps he won't be party to anymore of the following:

he gets back in and counts two numbers... 4 seconds later Xeam asks rs run? (per normal he deletes his comment) - but you can see rs's response - they normally run them but he didn't this time because he had to leave otherwise SuperDuckMan would have been left in the dust for the next 580 counts...
