How Many Different Cleaning Products Do You Actually Need?

Glass cleaning microfiber cloth (just wet half of it with water, wipe surface, dry with the other half), a multipurpose microfiber cloth (same use as above), a disinfectant (I use one diluted in a spray bottle) for kitchens/taps/sinks/exterior of toilet, light switches, etc), toilet bowl cleaner & brush, microfiber cloth for dry dusting, some type of wood cleaner/polish if you have real wood furniture, blue dawn dish detergent, distilled white vinegar (blue dawn & vinegar will together or alone, will clean just about anything, magic eraser for wall scuffs & stubborn tub stains, some type of sweeper (broom or vacuum, I prefer cordless stick vacuum bc it cleans so many things), and mop (microfiber pad/spray mop is my preference), sponge with scrubby side, rags (a handful) for drying things. And a multipurpose cleaner spray for general jobs that dont require disinfecting (this is optional, dilute dawn or dilute vinegar can do this, too.)

So, that's tools: 2 regular microfiber cloths, 1 glass one, toilet brush, magic eraser, sponge, vacuum, mop, rags.

Products: disinfectant, toilet bowl cleaner, wood polish, vinegar, blue dawn, multipurpose cleaner (optional)

I am really into economy in terms of cost/value, use, and volume of products. I am trying to get my products & system down to the smallest & most efficient it can be. I use an expensive vacuum because it really works for me, but the cost of everything else is minimal. Outside of occasional, weird things that come up in life (unpredictable, usually involving pets or accidents), I can clean my whole house with one small caddy of stuff and two stick tools.
