How do music channels work?

Hi,

I worked with over 35 music channel's under a multi - channel network, 5/10 cases these channels would get claims and would not profit the tracks however sometimes they got lucky and were not hit with a claim and often could make up between $50 > $5000 for 1 lyric video, the funniest case I've seen is someone profit over $15,000 on 1 lyric video, those who got claims would rely on promotional services for up coming artists to profit. I've gotten multi music licenses from labels on a split revenue shares deal so a lot of these channels would make 50% and so would the label and some channels were making up to $50,000 a month, the music scene is just a connection game, the more connections the more ad-revenue you make and the less likely you be hit with a strike.
