The tools we create and use are not inherent, and do not require the tapes in order to function (although they do help).

For example, i had a friend who described the Energy Conversion Box to me a couple of years before i ever listened to the tapes, and i began to use and build it even though i had not been exposed to the tapes.

Ultimately i believe that the gateway experience accomplishes exactly what it set out to do, to be the gateway, the introduction to these energy systems and altered states of consciousness. It gives you a basic set of tools to use when engaging with these things, but which tools you choose to use, how you use them, and even creating your own tools. Its all up to you.

The Gateway Experience is not the "Definitive" way to do the things it does. There is no "Definitive" way to do them. It is just a way to do it.

As far as magic goes, many of the tools used can be likened to mental alchemy, transmuting yourself from one state to another through the use of symbology and mental tools, and in that analogy, the frequencies in the tapes are just another tool that helps some people accomplish with more ease what they may have had a harder time doing otherwise.
