I'm not related with the tapes and never used them, however I actually do rescue while out of the body during astral projection, some os us learn this since early age.

In a plane crash for example, in general, a guide takes us there and we do the bridge between these people and these beings of light. We open our hands, project light all over the body and these light beings assume from there.

In other cases we go to dark and heavy/dense places we go to rescue humans and not humans there, we just get closer and project the light.

In some other cases, there are human like people walking carrying their head under their arms (because some accident of some sort), holding it by the hair or carrying their legs over the shoulder, whatever; we talk with them, trying to reason with them telling they are dead, there is no need to carry his head like that, we tell them they are not alone and that we are there to help. We project light into their body, they go to sleep and off they go.

The work is voluntary, there is no gain, no exchange with nothing.
