I guess that if you were in many other countries you would have more serious problems about social security, if it is given.

Swiss social security is not a great humanitarian project and can not be as such!

It is paid with taxes and there are many persons trying to get money from social security while they do no have the right to it and due to these cases the controls are very strict.

There are persons receiving social security money and working!

And if you marry a person in social security it’s normal that as family the total income is given summarising the two incomes and it’s logical that if one of the two is working the other will get a decrease of her social security amount.
