I'd like some explanation about the desire of unranked draft

You have actually no idea how frustrating QM is, haven't you? I think you reall don't understand what it means by the MM being hard-countered almost every second or third match because of the 50%-rule? I had so much quarrel with good rl-friends and teammates in the game because we couldn't do anything at all. It is like /u/NestuX it said. If you don't have a dive-comp and have to play against a Morales it is frustrating and not balanced to lose because the matchmaking want you to lose. The other team of course has four very mobile dive-characters which our team has not. On top of that we got two people in our team who were bitching about how bad the other one was all the time.

You may call this "not accepting no differences" but I lost yesterday two friends who are not interested anymore to play with the rest of us because a losing-streak and unfair team compositions. After checking Hotslogs I saw why this had to happen: We had over the last week quite a winning-streak with a 50,9% winrate (with a 0.1% = one won game). Of course it was bound to happen to get adjusted again.

By now we all realized how the MM works after 6-10 games a day. It's just f_ unfair how teams and counters are created. Because you will be not judged by individual skill when we get someone who just dicks around the whole game we're more or less on the same level mmr-wise as we were after a month a playing. When we get a 5-man party together we rise much easier in the rating as otherwise. We don't any weird team-comps like 2x warrior, 1x abathur and 2x supports vs their team.. 3x assassin, 2x warrior and 1x support and we know how we can play together. QM, mmr-hell and frustration all sits together for us how unfair balanced the game can gets from time to time. And you seriously think that this has everything to do about trying out different compositions? It's more a balancing problem and why people would like to play safe in this game. It's better and healthier at the moment.
