"If I ate meat I would be fat" - kripp 2015 FailFish

There are some few wise words I could give you about the vegan diet.

For instance, think about eating meat. Your body is a natural scavenger. Did you know that when you fast, your body goes out and scours for your own muscle cells, and uses them as food? Fat is also being consumed for energy. Whilist yes, Vegan is the original diet that God has designed for man(and animals) it's very hard to sustain something like that in the modern-day society.

For instance. Let's take something like the mountain gorilla. They have to spend literally their entire day eating greens because the energy provided by cellulose breaking down in their colon through bacterial activities, is so low.

I remember having same kind of cravings once. I was eating alot of lentils, and had a lot of green lentils. I had this strange craving, as if I'd have to eat like an entire bag of like 10kg lentils or something. Only now I've realized that it's probably because some ounce amount of nutrition that those lentils contained, that my body desperately craved for them.

In general, I think it's difficult to find a balanced diet going strictly on veggies. Im not saying it can't be done, or that you shouldn't do it, just that it's difficult. Likely, going to vegan will allow you to preserve your body longer, but there's also a chance that it won't. Meat protein absorption itself is very low %, though it's very easy to get used to meat diet, and not all meats are good.

In general, I enjoy chicken salad the most, and could spend all my day eating that + the tasty sauce. But they are hella expensive and im not too proactive to research the ingredients of making one myself, let alone cooking the chicken.
