I'm building my first pc does something like this make sense. Storage, case and graphics card are from my last pc, so I prefer not to buy new ones for now

GPU is underpowered for the processor as you've already heard, but my question is your drive config... Is there any particular reason you are running 2 different 7200rpm HDDs as well as a 120gb SSD when you already have the 500gb for the OS? Also, not sure how you feel about RAID, but I find myself having to use it frequently at my local technical center due to us having no SSDs but still wanting decent performance. Now, I know RAID 0 is bad because you lose your data in the event of a failure, but I have (so far) only had 1 "RAID 0" array (was RAID 10, but not sure which drive ate it) die on me (and it was from adding a sketchy GTX 680 to the PC.)
