I answer every question that comes in to me through the shop - maybe not as quickly as everyone would like, but I have tried to make it well known that I have limited time for this. I work my primary job and take care of my family, which are my priorities and that, unfortunately, only leaves Saturday and Sunday mornings for answering questions.
New custom designs have been unavailable since the lockdown went into full effect, but I've found I can get custom rings done when I'm working on the weekends after answering questions. Having just gone through all my messages - I didn't see anything that was a burning urgency - did your question get answered?
