Do women behave worse in a professional environment than men?

These just show women boses can't handle women well.(don't put up with their shit indefinetly like HR guarded men do)

Yes and no, in a labor intensive enviroment, there is no negotiation, no task swapping. They can do the job just as well but will bitch 20 times as much at the end of the shift, which is irrelevant to the actual work but says a lot about how even chicks that did not have a easy life have a princess paradigm, kinda like hipsters.

The real issue comes when we take a look at sandbergs fetish, the office enviroment. The social nature of that enviroment makes women horid workers and horid employees. They will chase one another to the productivity bottom just doing enough to not get fired or enough so they can negotiate a promotion. There will always be a excuse and it's always unreasonable to not validate her excuse.

Bad bosses like betas value them and promote them just based on their feelings, while good bosses alphas stay the fuck away from them(even if they are other women). You will not hear more rampaging misogynist than from a boss that wants to make money. This is why women don't get promoted for meritocratic reasons, they honestly don't deserve it. There will always be AT LEAST one male peer that works harder, more and is more deserving.

But what about the women that do get in high executive positions. Most are political. You can not, not have women executives, you usually don't give them anything that would be time sensitive or crucial. Some are indeed very good almost male like, but they lack aggression(sandberg's victims) or ambition and you need some of that to catch opportunities.

Others are master manipulators, they clime up the corporate latter and use only their charm to get to jobs that are paid very well but they don't have to do anything for the most part.

Some got there by accident or because of a beta executive (which are rare) these are the girls that don't get into meetings, and they have a feeling they are unqualified and nobody respects them(which is for the most part true in both cases) But instead of pulling a hard worker card and proving herself(like most executives need to do) she pulls a bitch card and then nobody that actually does business wants to have anything to do with her.
