This is a big issue with their service and I'm tired of it. They've ignored my email when I brought it up.

VirusTotal will always have that one anti-virus giving false positives.

They could eliminate the majority of false positives by just ignoring the first detection, but no. That's not the end of BS you have to deal with.

You cannot delete your submissions and you lose ownership over files when you change your email. They also cram low quality MP4s to video submissions, confusing the users.

I donate money, so I expect the minimum care about user experience. I'm happy they provide this service, but it's clear they don't have a single QA tester.
