Based on what I analysed on the Guild occupation, In order to study further into the Color pie by what jobs they prefer this is what I assessed.

White prefers occupations that directly interacts with the community. Having the religious organisations, the government, the court system and Law enforcement. They focus on Jobs that help the community and keep everything in check.

Blue’s occupations with their guilds may seem scholarly at first. But they are known to break boundaries, by Azorius making new or better laws, the Dimir news agencies seeking the latest word, the Izzet meddling with every law of physics including the guildpact. And the Simic spewing entire ecosystems once every week. The Blue guilds focus on chaning Ravnica’s fate one way or another.

The Black aligned guilds seek to just do the dirty work on the Plane, with the exception of The Cult of Rakdos they don’t prefer to make a scene and even then the Rakdos works as miners, collar workers and probably the entire entertainment industry. They are the guilds we have to look For in certain places, even the Orzhov works in dark alleyways for their dealings.

The Red ones are surprisingly dynamic with Boros as the local enforcer, the Izzet making better inventions, the grand spectacles of Rakdos and The Clans of Gruul were once caretakers of the Wild. They seem adventurous, industrious and even unpredictable.

And the Guilds sponsored by Green are the ones that keep everyone alive, by preserving life and the wilds they make sure Ravnica has something to back up on, and with Golgari and the Simic providing the food and medicine Respectively they keep the life in Ravnica Prosperous and Growing.
