Hey, I’m in the same boat. A whole host of other debilitating symptoms too that I can provide detail on if anyone wants it. (Fortunately, my GP and neurologist connected it immediately, which I know is rare.) I had to leave my PhD for a year due to too much pain to function. Anyways, the joint pain was atrocious. I’m at almost 18 months now and, if this gives you any hope at all, it’s almost totally gone. Amazing to say considering when my symptoms were at their worst, I was heavily suicidal.
