In Boston, you pay 800 thousand for a 2 bedroom. In Texas, you pay 500 thousand for a 3000 sqft mansion.

Texas is better than Massachusetts. Trust me, I live in the best town in Massachusetts (Holden), and it still sucks compared to Texas.
Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline (where my son loves) all suck compared to Worcester and Worcester is far worse than Holden or Sterling.
