Just tried Minecraft for the first time... man I feel like an idiot!! :D

Until you get him out of the water, Badass the Iron Golem won't be able to move at all.

The Golden Apple temporarily gives you two more hearts and causes you to rapidly regenerate for a short period of time. I'm surprised that you didn't notice this.

Compasses point to where you spawned when you first created your world.

Why haven't you gone to the swamp at night yet?

Remember, the only way to control Golems is with a mine cart and rails!

Like I said, all you need to start farming chickens is some seeds.

Plant the beetroot seeds in your farm!

Please stop breaking new blocks and then saying "What is this? I don't know." All you have to do is open your inventory.

The "new kind of plant" was a fern. You need shears to harvest them.

Yes, of course you can cross oceans with boats. What would be the point of boats otherwise?

Unfortunately, those huge boats that people build are indeed static and are just for decoration.

Animals you could farm in Minecraft include Chickens, Cows, Sheep, Pigs, Rabbits, Horses and Donkeys.

Silverfish don't spawn from Moss Stone. Rather, they hide in Stone. They're not that dangerous except in large groups.

Blocks with Silverfish are known as Monster Eggs. They look identical to stone, but you can mine them rather quickly with your bare hands, unlike normal stone

Neither Silverfish nor Monster Eggs explode.

If I had a nickel for every time you failed to notice gravel...

STOP DESTROYING FERNS! Finding more of them won't be easy!

Farming Pigs requires Carrots, Potatoes or Beetroot, not Wheat.

Remember the location of those Horses. They're somewhat uncommon.

There are actually 35 different breeds of Horses in Minecraft!

Riding one requires you to be using your bare hands.

There are two ways to tame Horses, one of which is feeding it a lot of Wheat or Apples. One Apple is definitely not enough. The other method is riding it several times until a bunch of hearts appear around it for a moment.

You finally gained another achievement after so many episodes!

The "Cow Tipper" achievement was added when Cows were the only source of Leather, which explains why you got it from killing a Horse.

I don't recommend killing Horses unless you can't find any Cows, since riding them is far more useful than killing them to get Leather.

There are three ways to find saddles. One is by fishing. Another is by trading with Villagers. The last method is searching for dungeons, temples, strongholds and villages and hoping that you find a saddle in a treasure chest.

You can build a rail that connects the plains and the mountains and then put a mine cart on the rail, allowing you to easily go back and forth between your two homes.

Not counting using the bed, a full Minecraft day lasts 20 minutes: the day time is 10 minutes, sunset is 1.5 minutes, the night lasts 7 minutes, and sunrise also lasts 1.5 minutes.
