I agree to a point. The issue is that people have terms like Nazi, racist, homophobe, and more, chambered at all times. They are so willing to label people these things for simply disagreeing with a way of life that it becomes impossible to distinguish between who actually is a problem. for Example. I've been labeled a Homophobe because I'm part of the LDS church (I'm Mormon). I don't agree with Gay marriage personally, but I have a gay uncle, and I love both him and his husband very much. You can separate, who a person is, and what they do. If we can get to a point where we can Identify the people who are actually intolerant, I would support taking legal action against them.
