These people get a lot of attention as kids(cos kids are cute and all) but when they become adults they get lesser attention(cos everybody is busy with their life problems). So they crave attention. Some people invert their attention craving inward, thinking they are the best and dont need others attention and validation. While others turn their attention craving outwards(like kushida) and try extra hard at studies and other co curricular activities. But soon they end up drained and realize their limits. After some time they observe that by helping and being nice to everyone, they can get a very high level of popularity and attention. But that can also be draining so they often need to vent out their feeling(as kushida does on the internet).
