Lack of involuntary breathing anyone?

yes, to me it feels like i have to manually breathe. it didnt matter even if i was having a panic attack or not, its like the whole day it kept happening. inhalation doesnt feel satisfactory too, it feels like i havent inhaled air even though i know i have. psychologically, i think it was because i was afraid of overbreathing/hyperventilation that, subsconsiously, i take shallow or maybe stop my inhalation. also physically, the feeling of each breath feel different too, like the nerves on my lungs were very sensitive. what did the trick for me was b-complex and zinc supplements. not really sure if that was what really did it though, or maybe i've just outgrown that symptom. but hey, i can do meditations now and focus on my breathing.
