It's not that that bothers me... It might be better for the child. What bothers me is her thinking because he has a wife he is a better fit and that the courts will see that as a better fit. That's not true, I have sole legal and physical custody of my daughter and her father is married and I am not. That means nothing. The only thing that means anything is the child has been with the father for more years then the mother and the father (even with deployments) has made a home for the daughter for years. She is full of excuses and really doesn't care what happens to her kid because otherwise she wouldn't be worried about deployments and him being married as that's always been the case. If that makes sense.
