Looking for a good dentist in the Des Moines area- any suggestions?

Sounds like I struck a nerve. You are the one personally attacking me and my level of professionalism simply because you didn’t like that I came in here correcting your misinformation.

Hygienists are WAY more qualified than nurses and are more than within their right to suggest extraction of third molars. It is their job to make patients aware of potential issues. It’s not a sales pitch to tell someone their thirds need removed. Yes, some offices are pushier than others (Aspen, for example), but third molar extraction is not a racket. You are simply wrong. Ultimately, when it comes to this procedure or any other suggested treatment, the dentist makes the call, but hygienists go through rigorous training to be allowed to do what they do. They aren’t the equivalent of a doctor’s nurse. The closest thing in the dental field to a nurse is the dental assistant. This just further proves how uneducated you are and why you have no business commenting about something you clearly don’t understand.

Also, the first rule of having anyone take your writing seriously is using correct grammar. You do not. “A appendix”, “a ad”? Do you not know the difference in when to use “a” and “an”? No one is going to take what you have to say seriously when you sound like that.

Take your online blogs and garbage anecdotes and pound sand. I know better than you.
