The Lynette Ledford murder has put me into a depression

I had to take a small break from reading and listening to true crime after looking into The toolbox killers. Poor Shirley Ledford (all of other girls) her murder was so awful, and the transcript of it is just… heart wrenching. Reading it you could feel what the poor girl was going through. It brought me to tears.

They recorded one of the other girls as well, but the police were never able to find the recording. I think it was Bittaker that said he had buried it in a cemetery but it was never found.

They lived well into their senior and I find that so sad, these girls never got to grow up yet these psychopaths got to live.

I never really found any interviews or articles from the parents of any of the girls. Even years later. I mean I get WHY they wouldn’t want to do interviews and stuff.. it just all seemed very private considering how big the case was. But with that being said I wasn’t even born yet when these murders happened so I dont really know!

There are a few good “documentaries” out, and there is a new one I believe that just came out called “the toolbox killers” on peacock original (which I haven’t watched… because I don’t have that streaming service lol)
