ok so 1st we just playing minor league aight fucking ez till never clucky then 2 hours before 2 HOURS BEFORE our match vs s7 THE CAPTAIN OF NEVER CLUCKY NOT EVEN THE MODS tells me that we are dqd then i go into ts i talk to them about it I stated that we ahvent broken anything in the rule book so how can we get dqd they said because we didnt mention our adc's old account it hides information of champs he played and they said they wouldve dqd only adc but we didnt have subs now this is all bs because our ad's banned account is barely played anyways (lmao 70 ranked games hit d5 and stopped playing for a month) we invited him to team 2 days later he gets permabanned then we just invite his smurf, now main account, to our team and we enter him in houseparty with that. I reviewed all the rules before joiining nothing mentions this shit is not allowed also I gave the mods our subs and they didnt register them so that bs as well, they fucked up so i send them informatino about this case and deny every single accusation they made with proof . They message me saying we are not dq anymore and will play on sunday 3pm cst they told us this yesterday or two days ago then yesterday i told x, someone I talk to about house party frequently, that we got dq'd, he went to disclose a matter to the mods and then soon after they tell us we are dq again. oh wait im missing one part yesterday night i was messaged by a mod to be on teamspeak 8pm cst i was on for 3 hours and 30mins no fucking message at all...
Coming back to x telling us we got dq, i ask a mod about it they said they were supposed to msg me abuot getting dq and they didnt do shit no one messaged me at all There is literally no reason they can ban us if they refer to the rrule book, i woudl like to see what accusations they make against us because i made every single valid point defending us now they told me if i want more info on the decision to msg dav, but msging him would be like calling att customer service...

EPG debrief again to anthson sent 3 days ago (longer than that obviously, I'm just copy pasting the message), this is the message I sent the mods when they first dqd us, after this they decided we are not dq.

On our ranked 5s team, Prov Zeq, Milkywhey joined our team after telling us he was perma banned on his main account "solo q and chill". We removed solo q and chill from the team and added Milkywhey. "Solo q and Chill" played 6 ranked games with our team after joining which supports that he joined before "Solo q and chill" got banned. This was also the first time he played ranked in 11 days. He stopped because he reached diamond. Solo q and chill in most 6 champs has Kallista, Vayne, Jinx, Riven, Tristana(1game), Caitlyn(1game literally and he lost LOL) He has 74 games in soloq, jsut enought to get diamond and then he stopeed. This account barely gives enough information as is becuase he didnt play league, only wanted to get diamond before season ends but due to toxicity riot banned him a bit after receiving rewards i believe. Comparing to "milkywhey", who was Tristana, vayne, jinx, kalista, ryze, annie, lucian as top 6 champs. 4 of which are the same. And the top champs are almost identical! I dont see how we are hiding information, considering "solo q and chill" has not played ranked in a month from this match and 3 weeks from the last playoff match. He played on milkywhey consistantly with our team, training his tristana which would not have been found on the other account to be threatening. I dont believe there is ANYTHING that the other account provides that this doesnt because he didnt play on Solo q and chill pre-ban much. The most information you can get from a team is from ranked 5s, which is displayed on MilkyWhey as we play actively. There is no information that benefits one who looks off of "solo q and chill" in fact looking on Milkywhey provides more information than anything becuase it shows the recent champs he has been playing and how succesful. Now if it was solo q games only played on milkywhey against gold players, then that wouldnt show much because he is vs worse players. But he played mostly ranked 5s against diamonds which shows his strengths and weaknesses against those players, which could not have been discovered in the "solo q and chill account" We did invite him to the team not knowing he was toxic (in soloq) As many knew, we had roster issues and tried out adc/support, Our adc wasn't toxic or anything, he took criticism well and didnt rage. It was confusing when he messaged me about being perma banned, he just isn't like that in a team atmosphere but in solo q he gets rough. As far as i know i believe he is reformed, but that is not the thing here and isnt your problem nor mine. This condition is not relevent to the rule book but only provides insight on his background. I have listed my explanations and provided evidence, as well as reasoning. In the rule book, it does not list anything against what we signed up with, nor the conditions WE SIGNED UP FOR nor the terms we agreed with in order to join this community. Now it is unexcusable that 2 hours and 30mins before the match you inform me about this, and that was from a player not even the mods. You have already told me this but this is even worse than the explantion givin for our disqualification. I do not mind THAT MUCH since i understand people have lives and the mods actually spend voulentary time that they choose to have people enjoy this community whihc i wanted to be a part of. i would also like to mention something EXTERMELY IMPORTANT: You said we didn't have subs so you would have to dq us. We have subs and messaged TheCaptainKimchi One week ago about it , I assumed he added it, and I shouldn't again... I have proof in reddit message, and I'll copy paste what i said right now and you can even confirm with him. We do not care about prize money or rp or anything, whether it be our adc doesnt recieve or our whole team, we are willing to forfeit that reward in order to play. There is no rules in place that go against us so i'm not sure if there are any problems now? based on the information i already provided and the fact that our subs were provided and not registered by you guys AND that we were notified about this late which prevented me from explaining this situation prior to this event. Not saying its your fault but if we are getting punished for not telling the mods, which is our fault, but you guys are late msging me and not putting our subs and walk away free. We get punished for not messaging mods and you guys dont for messing up as well, i dont see how this is fair tbh.... i'm pretty much repeating stuff from what i msged before but I'm saying this because of what people are tellling me after questioning you guys on the situation.
2/3 days later - Kimchis response: Sunday dec 13th 3pm CST. A reschedule of S7 vs EPG will be played with the finals being pushed back to the 20th of dec. With that being said, keep in mind next time with listing your highest ranked account as we will be adding this to the rules. -CaptainKimchi
Again - someone spoke to the mods after finding out we were not dq, and they held another discussion... told me to get on ts, no one talked to me for 3+hours, get told we are dq again.

I didn't care about it till this post of the reasoning, because it's not like I can do anything for they told me this was the final decision, I just hope to clear things up.
my team disbanded purely on my decision alone, 4/5 members could've stayed and competed next season in minor but who the fuck wants to do that lol.... well maybe some people, but the atmosphere regarding my team was top 2 guaranteed into premier... My team will look for a team whether it be minor or premier. I believe we shouldn't have been dq but whatever, this is my perspective in the situation. it's over now.
