That moment that you realize that your family left you alone with the bags, but you still have the unlimited PhotoPass left

Similar thing happened to me, but people were not as helpful. Had annual passes with my girlfriend of 6 years. We go and have (admittedly) a lot to drink at Trader Sam's, then go into CA Adventure for (this was a huge mistake) the awful swill booze they sold at the Mad Hatter's Party area. Talked with another boozy couple there for an hour or so, then went back to main park for chicken dinner at Plaza Inn.

This is where things went wonky. I go to the restroom on the left side of plaza inn, come back out to the table we were sitting at and she's gone. "Ok, maybe she's in the bathroom too", I think. 30 mins go by and I'm getting more and more concerned and I realize my phone is dead. I ask a lady at the next table if I can borrow her phone to call my gf. For whatever reason, she acts incredulous and asks me what my girlfriend's number is so she can call it FOR me. I realize at this point that after six years, I don't know my girlfriend's number off the top of my head. Crap. Woman I asked thinks I'm insane and that she was right to distrust me. Ok.

I'm buzzed but not a stumbling mess or anything, and head to guest services to let them know that I got separated from my girlfriend and need literally two minutes of charge on my phone so I can call her. They say they cannot charge my phone for me or help me charge it. Guest services guy even SHOWS me an iphone charger in the room behind his desk but again, says "wish i could help but I'd get in trouble..." THEN proceeds to upset me further...

The guest services guy then implies/asks if I was on a date and maybe the girl I was with left me on purpose. WTF? Yes, I was buzzy, but I'm a decent looking person and gave them no reason to say or think what they're implying by my story. I explain that this was not a date and I was not stood up or abandoned, the person I'm separated from has been my partner for six years, can I please get some help? All I need is a minute or two so I can make a phone call or send a text.

They finally take me over to the lockers where I'm informed a small number of them are equipped with iphone chargers and MAYBE one is available for me to rent. If not, fuck me, right? Thankfully, one of the lockers with the iphone charger is available and I rent it for the minimum of one hour. I leave my phone charging and wait outside for a few minutes, looking for my girlfriend in the crowd.

Ten minutes later I go back and get the phone, finally able to start up and make a call. She's in our car in Downtown Disney. I run out of the park and through DTD to where our car is parked and she's in there crying. She did go to the bathroom then waited for me outside (meanwhile, I'd used the restroom and went back to the table at Plaza Inn where we had finished dinner). So while I was waiting for her at the table, she waited for me outside the bathroom, then eventually got worried and couldn't call me so she went to the car thinking I'd eventually have go out to the car myself. She never thought to check the table where we were last together at.

It always bothered me how completely unhelpful and incredulous people were, like I said, I'm not a mutant by any stretch, but I do have tattoos and I was probably a bit visibly buzzy so maybe that was it. It sucked and guest services were really rude.
