The Monarchy: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO)

Actually considering that 67 percent of britons think that the monarchy should remain its technically not cool. I am not a citizen of the UK. However that name itself suggest part of the problem England under the Monarchy controls Scotland, Whales, and Northern Ireland. You might remember as them as neighboring nations they conquered and continue to hold power over to this day in the name of said Monarchy. You watched the piece which included Irish and Scottish citizens chanting about how the queen is dead. Does this suggest they feel the monarchy has benefited them? John Oliver in the eyes of the crown is a peasant with an uppity disposition. He never controlled policy or made any colonial wars or subjugations. While you claim that all British people are responsible for colonialism you seem to exclude the Monarchy from that accountability despite the fact that they were the root cause of colonialism.
