My BP after serious lifestyle changes

That looks about like me. I went to urgent care Sept 22,found out I had high BP. I think it was 164/115. Got put on Amlodipine, and bought a home BP machine. First week I hit 183/115 again, and the amlodipine was giving me crazy tinnitus. They stopped the drug, and switched to Losartan 25mg. Was told low sodium, low carb diet and exercise. I tried keto, and I lost weight but as of my last blood test my cholesterol was getting higher so I switched to a mostly vegetarian diet. But in the last 6 months I lost 50lbs so far, and my a1c went from prediabetic to good. I do 45min jogs six days a week, equalling about 2.5 miles each. I don't drink, smoke, or vape, but i do take edibles basicslly every day. My daily BP looks about like yours, mostly 110s/65to 70. I still need to lose about 60lbs down to 170lbs but I am hoping since I am on such a low dose of Losartan and with these changes I can eventually get off the meds.
