So I have covid

First of all, you’re very likely to be fine. Most important thing is to relax. Drink plenty of water and take a little Tylenol, and let your body fight the fight. Realistically expect this to take a couple of weeks, you’ll have highs where you think you’re getting over it and then crash the next the day feeling awful all over.

Personally when I had it I tried to save the pain medicine for night cause that’s generally when it sucks more. Food wise, I ate mostly soup or really whatever I could stomach to get down. But I dunno I lost 10 pounds throughout it.

It’s for real going to suck, just make sure you read up on when to get emergency care. COVID can also have weird after affects when you recover, so a check up might be a good idea when you get over it.
