My thoughts on why Liberals are failing in India.

True. Don't listen to others saying you are describing 'Left'. Quite the contrary you are actually describing liberals. Only liberals are these delusional types who cannot relate to rural causes. Left on the other hand relates to grassroots a lot (eg:- Maoists) and have mostly involved farmers, labour unions, and poor people. Yes, Leftists hate majority in India and US because they have been hijacked by Muslims. You accurately described Liberals.

Unfortunately not much can be done about this apart from just waiting for BJP or Hindutva to fix this. There are right wing 'liberals' who are basically urban right wingers and they may have a positive impact on Indian liberalism. You shouldn't forget that one of the biggest culprits of this is our Indian constitution. It was made undemocratically by liberals and NRIs like Nehru and Ambedkar and has given too much power to a minority of urban liberal 'intellectuals'. Unless you are an anti-brahmin anti-Hindu 'intellectual' who write about how awful Hinduism is in UPSC essays and reads and supports Arundhati Roy, you wouldn't have been considered an 'intellectual' by our institutions. They would have thought of you are a primitive low IQ moron who needs 'real education'. Thanks to BJP this is changing.
