So, you ask "Which CSS framework did you use, if any?" instead of "What CSS?"

Which CSS framework did you use displays that you're asking about frameworks (instead of maybe alternatives to CSS, like SCSS, which has been growing in popularity)

if any? closes the question up, without presuming that the OP didn't make it themselves. Not everyone wants to use bootstrap, which I agree is really over-used. It's totally possible he is, but maybe not.

Also, it looks like bootstrap, so if he's using a framework, it's most likely that one. (note the top twitter-esque bar, pretty much the most tell-tale sign)

Side note: Maybe you just don't know what your talking about. is coming off as aggressive and presumptuous. I'll forgive you, because I'm just such a nice guy like that, but maybe try to tone down the 1-100 response. I didn't down vote you, I'm just telling you why you probably were down voted.
