This is what I tell everyone, talk to them thoroughly and use your gut intuition to decide if you trust them or not. When I ask customers to pay me though a different app (cash, Venmo, zelle, PayPal) I talk to them on the phone and explain why I rather do it this way than though offer up, and usually they are comfortable and the deal is done. I haven’t had any problems with multiple sales on big ticket items. I have over 200+ sales and 5 stars, youtru, etc. However, if your seller isn’t so willing to talk, explain, or if he’s “overly explanatory” and keeps asking for payment, don’t do it. Your seller has only a few reviews and sales, it’s a bit more sketch so you have to be sure. If I were you, ask him to talk on the phone. If he “can’t” talk then you “can’t” pay.
