As for the NA Revival competitive player discord (I feel like I have to spell that out for you, I don't mean to sound condescending--clearly you weren't aware). Why is it so wrong to want a place for competitive players to go? Some place where, oh I don't know off the top of my head why this might be advantageous, but say we could spread the word about tournaments! Not only that, inform NEW players wishing to compete that there are things to compete for! Crazy, crazy stuff I know.
