I don't know though how you can arrange any of this in time given that you've posted it at 1am, and you need it for tomorrow morning. Not sure what else to suggest. Maybe try using the subway or streetcar without a pass, and pray you don't get caught? Or take a sick day tomorrow and arrange some money in the meantime? Neither option seems ideal.
