“Trying to clear an area.” Good lord. Yes you aren’t allowed to block areas where LE and EMS and fire personnel could have difficulty getting through. Telling you to clear an area is their JOB because if areas that are set up for the above services aren’t clear it is actually illegal and can result in deaths in the event of a riot if the appropriate personnel can’t respond quickly. Did anyone whack you with a baton for not moving? Shove you to the ground? No? Then they were doing their job, not coming after you .
