I started 2 weeks ago. At a top 5 firm. Its hybrid. When you want to come in you can. You rent out a desk for the day. They held orientation in person and let me to you if that wasnt in person i wouldnt of been able to follow. Everyone who stRted with me and interned virtually all said they didnt do or learn anything. A bunch of us newbies went to the office yesterday just because even tho the majority of us aren’t even on any engagements yet so we have no work. I didnt go in today just bc I have some stuff to do, but I’ll prob alt continue going in 3 days a week. Its so much better in person.
