Only what's pictured. Maybe the new small bumps are more of it, but it's slow growing so I won't know for a couple months when I compare against the pics.

I bought an extraction kit but was too impatient and used my thumb nails to break open the top of the skin, then did deep and pinch with my thumbnails and rip the core out. Then covered it with bandages.

You can't just squeeze it out. It's like if acne had hooks.

It's kind when you're pulling a tick, you can't have the head of the tick break off so you gotta get at the base.

Not certain it is actually all gone. If it's gone then I'm lucky because apparently it can take years. Scared of all these small bumps though because they've been sticking around.
