More info: I have small warts on my hands but did not think they were the genital kind. Have been very careful about touching genitals though. Also prone to getting SK's all over my body but this lesion seems to stick up a little more than most of my SK's.

Noticed this when looking at something else, I don't think it was there 2-3 months ago. It's inside the cheek where they rub together (sorry lol) and sticks up "like a fin". Not sure how I would have picked up warts (aside from my own hands) since I have been married for 15 years and spouse is not symptomatic.

Does this look like warts? SK? Skin tag? What kind of doctor would I want to take a look at this?
