Can attest with my own personal experience but can’t fully confirm as I didn’t actually hear it from them but my experience seems to match. I ordered one of their AR15 lowers online from them on night of 11/13, then immediately went in morning of 11/14 to process the BGC. Got placed at back of the line 10875. Assumed even at that time there was probably no way it’d clear by 12/8 just to set my own expectations, that way if it did happen then great! Fast forward to 11/27 @ 6PM got a call from them saying “Your firearm is ready for pickup, come on by tomorrow, blah blah blah”. No actual statement about my background check, but the next morning went right over and picked it up, was so thrilled I totally forgot to ask if my BGC cleared of if they just let me pick it up. I had meant to ask because all I had heard for the last two weeks was that the CHL line was at 4k, 5k, 6k, etc… making me think they weren’t getting through the regular queue. Then the weirdest thing happened they called me tonight saying my firearm was ready from my online order but I’d need to start a BGC by tomorrow at latest and they could get me the firearm by 11/7. I explained I already picked up the lower and there was probably a mix up with me coming in right after placing my online order on 11/13 rather than waiting for them to process the order and call me to come in. Thinking back on it now I should have gone in and processed another lower just so I had an extra… oh well!

TLDR: Extremely long story shorter, them calling me back today saying I need to stop by tomorrow at latest to get the BGC started so they can hand over the firearm by 12/7 aligns with your experience as well.
