Orphans in Jordan

I actually made a study about them, most orphans in Jordan get education in government schools until tawjehi or until they turn 18, then they have to leave the orphanages, they either get sent to the army or if they had any distant relatives they will be sent to them, in corona lockdown they were all sent back to any relatives they had, and ofcourse only God knows the treatment they got from these relatives, and the orphanages didn't tell me what happens if they don't have relatives at all, they have very few interactions with any people at the orphanages, boys go camping or on picnics or to football fields sometimes, but girls only stay inside reciting quran, working or studying and usually forced to wear hijab, more than 70% who are over the 3rd grade have problems in reading and writing, more than half of them have clinical psychological and behavioural problems, which need mental hospital treatment, the privacy they have is next to none, which causes a lot of behavioural problems like stealing, all the money that is collected and the initiatives they make for them are only financial support or trips like going to Haj or Omra, or food and clothing, no one has ever cared about their mental and emotional wellbeing as far as recorded, there are over 300k orphans in Jordan and only 29 orphanages in all of Jordan, also the people who work their have minimal wages, and no promotion system, which gives them no motivation to do anything for these poor kids, and there are very few employees compared to the number of orphans, and they change often which causes the children stress because of constant change, there is a lot more to it but that's what I remember on the top of my head from my study, I actually started an initiative to help them academically and mentally or emotionally, but couldn't find any funding to start applying it, even though I have a plan and a team and everything.
