how come are jordanians who lived in saudi arabia be so liberal?

They weren't subjected to the same oppression/deprivation that some Saudi people suffer from, and they've only encountered the "fun" part of Saudi Arabia. Also, since they were foreigners, they weren't treated like some of the locals there. If you completely overlook the religious status that Saudi Arabia has, you will realize that it's literally more open than some of the countries here in the Arabian world, but because of the religious status that Saudi Arabia has, most people view and perpetuate Saudi Arabia as this conservative country, and that is true for the most part. However, you'd have to ask a real native there about the environment and the atmosphere of Saudi Arabia to actually get an unbiased, factual idea about it.
