علموني اشي بتعرفوه

I benefited a lot from watching Jordan Peterson and Andrew Huberman. You can learn even high-level education from YouTube nowadays. It's nuts!

For me, though, perhaps the most scathing lesson was realizing that you must mindfully choose the things you allow yourself to like. If you only follow the dopamine, you can get side-tracked by a video game or worse things.

The second most important thing I feel like I learned is that people judge you on the merit you bring to their lives. They can't see the full picture, and therefore, you can only learn so much from them about yourself.

The third thing is like red-pill stuff, which is to say we're waaaaaaayyy less conscious about what we desire than we like to admit. Women especially. So just work on those abs, and that brain, and leave the rest to chance. Very few people are lucky at everything.

Be prepared to fail, because if you go into a fight not expecting to take any punches, you won't punch as hard as you need to, so... learn to take a punch and get back up.
