Paid for an order using my debit card

If Postmates isn't going to refund you, file a dispute with your bank/creditor. By law, Postmates is required to reimburse you for your payment towards a customer's item. The fact that Postmates is stating that they aren't going to be doing any reimbursements is ridiculous and unlawful. I'd love to see someone take legal actions against them for this practice.

"Oh, I accidentally paid for an item with my debit card. What? You don't want to reimburse this $2 charge? Screw you. I'm gonna sue you!"

This results in Postmates spending more time and money on a legal issue than they would in simply issuing a refund to the courier. Also, something else to take into consideration is the fact that if the Pex card gets declined and the job is cancelled; the courier isn't being compensated or will be compensated very little. This is immoral, unethical, and a downright shitty business practice.

Bottom line: Postmates is a poorly run company where, if couriers took a stand against them, they'd be forced to make significant changes or forced to pursue a sale of the company.
