What you should know is that the 4350 is an awful CPU and no one should buy it, and even more so no one should spend 100$ on a cooler for a 100$ CPU.

The 4350 will bottleneck the 390 quite heavily in many cases.

The 4460 is massively better than the 4350, even though it doesn't really seem like it would be on paper as it's non overclockable, a whole 1GHz lesser in terms of clockspeed, and it has the same 4 cores. However, you can't compare hardware on paper. That's a fact. Just because a 1998 Toyota Celica can have 400BHP, doesn't make it "the same at a lower price" as an 2011 Audi R8.

Also the peripherals are awful, and judging by your monitor choice, you'd want probably to play CS:GO(?), and the mouse in the Devastator bundle is pretty much the worst thing i've ever tried out.
