Thanks for this it helps clarify a lot! And I agree. Questions about last episode - Wolf had a narrator - if he grew up around the same age as alita, how does that work? If he’s being operated by someone else wouldn’t that make him a robot? And for the stub - it’s a branched timeline, so if Alita was initially the one to narrate the original mission - it would imply she intended on creating it for consciousness swapping to their branched version in a world that isn’t destroyed yet. I’m curious if they can reverse the tech into human bodies not just robots. This could be how in the opening scene in episode one they are different ages. Quantum tunneling so they never have to die? Time is mentioned very often. Maybe she’s done this and too many branch timelines have caused chaos due to having tech they shouldn’t etc etc
