Pixel 6 post Android 13 update now so hot that it takes ages to charge when in use.

I get that many are frustrated, and you should just return your phone or sell it and buy another one instead of dealing with something you clearly dislike, but none of this shit has anything to do with stock Android. It makes it so frustrating to even browse this sub when people are complaining about all sorts of things without doing any basic investigation.

You'll be shocked if you buy an S22 and realize many of them are having the same issues with network connectivity. People on Reddit love to act like it's only the Pixel with these issues, but it's a significantly more complicated problem than that. For example, my launch P6P has been actually really good on both 4G and 5G, so no, I cannot relate at all to your idea that your phone is just constantly looking for signal.

It's funny you mention your phone getting hot while driving around. Are you sure sunlight has nothing to do with it? My phone has overheated one time, and it's when I left it on the mount in full sunlight for more than 30 minutes (in a convertible). Ordinarily it's screen-down in the seat or cupholder. That isn't a Pixel 6 exclusive issue either, put any large screen phone in the sun at max brightness and start the count-down. Especially with how hot it's been lately.

Like shit, maybe it's a network specific thing and TMo or Verizon just have more issues right now, maybe it's all due to malfunctioning apps like Samsung Health, but I don't think we'll ever know because people are acting like any deviance from the norm is completely up to the fact Google manufactured this phone and refuse to elaborate any further.
