4a and the 5 may not be supported yet. It really is that simple. Google just released these two phones and Instagram might be working on better support. It might not get better support because of performance concerns (missing Visual core) but that's just my assumptions. To blame it on Google when you just said that P2-P3-P4 work great, makes you sound kinda weird. Because you are proving my point that it's not Google to blame. There's other factors to consider.
