PPL workout question

I do push pull legs and ran into it once or twice. Instead of generating a new workout just go to the settings and muscle recovery and put the day it should be all on 100% recovered ( which it should be anyway after two days )

Same with today, it’s a push day for me but the majority of workouts were body weight. Lipping handstand push up, tricep press up, press up, etc. barbell should press was the only real weighted one. I changed all upper body to 100% recovered and it is now incline barbell pause press, some other stuff I forget but all weights.

Tldr, tweak the recovery % night prior or day of of the muscle group you should be working to 100% recovered. It will repopulate
