As a brown person I feel that both black and white people are far more striking than brown and Asian people.

White facial features and eye/hair coloured, even the light skin, is fascinating to look at.

On the other hand, a tall and in shape black person is very attractive as well. There is a different energy to an attractive white person but still equally striking to look at.

The weird thing is that I am very light brown to the fact that people have said that I can pass for a dark southern European, but I feel extremely different aesthetically to whites.

Personally I agree with @nickh272727 that most whites don't actually feel that about themselves. It is mostly us people of color who obsess about their features.

In my case, I would say it is unhealthy, and I need to pay more attention to both my and other's inner qualities
