This is Cherry Shrimp Canada. It was an unusually cold week and the shrimp unfortunately did not make it. That happens.
Our shipping policy (as stated on our website) is to offer a gift card credit for those that did not make it, but we decided to offer her a full refund instead and mentioned our staff processes refund paperwork on the 15th of each month.
However, she refused to accept these options and instead became abusive, demeaning and rude to our staff... As a business owner I cannot allow my employees to be bullied and treated like shit by customers. So we blocked her and encouraged her to take up the issue with her credit card company. We are a Canadian company, we are nice, but we will not be pushed around by toxic individuals.
Kyra Gorski over the last few days has sent countless harassing messages to our company, our community and also asked her boyfriend to harass our customers.
It seems to us she is mentally unstable and looking to pick a fight.
To help future shrimp businesses avoid this toxic individual, we are sharing her information so that they can add her to the Black List of clients to refuse service.
